Kathmandu to Pokhara ( Day 2)

On the second day of your trip, we commence to Pokhara. Pokhara city is about 200 km away from Kathmandu. The time you need to get to Pokhara depends on the route you choose to take. If you fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, it takes about 30 minutes. You can spend the day exploring Pokhara or fly late spending the day in Kathmandu. Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara usually takes about $100 per person.
If you choose to go via road, there are excellent tourist busses available. It will take you about 6 hours to reach Pokhara. This route allows you to witness the hills, rivers, villages and authentic foods of Nepal. This option is significantly cheaper than the airway. Helicopter ride from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp (Day 3)

Time required : 30-40 minutes
