Overview
Chisapani Nagarkot Trek is also known as Kathmandu Valley Trek which the most nearest trekking route near by Kathmandu. Not only for those views and the mountains but also finding the differences of nature in between the distance of 32 km of kathmandu city. Most of the trails that we follow in this Chisapani Nagarkot trek is in the Shivapuri National Park.
The trails are made in the forest from where sometime we encounter the dozens of different wild life nature. A small lake on both sides of the trail has been keeping the nature’s more attractions of this region. It is situated an altitude maximum of 2300m and is located 32 km north east of Kathmandu. In fact if the weather is clear we can see Annapurna range from there as well in the west as well.
Other famous mountains that can be seen from Nagarkot are Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Dorje Lakpa and Gauri Shanker. Though Mt. Everest is far from Nagarkot, it can be viewed from the Nagarkot Tower while the weather so clear. Nagarkot should be the best option for the food and accommodations.
